Ordering and Pick-Up

Where can I pick up my order?

Pick-up for all orders will be at our home bakery in Jester, northwest Austin. The exact address is provided in your order confirmation email. If you ordered but misplaced the email, please contact us.

When can I pick up my order?

Breads will be ready to pick-up on Sunday between 10am-12pm for orders placed that week, before Thursday at 7pm. Orders placed after that time will be ready to pick-up the following week. You’ll receive an email notification when your bread is ready!

What happens if I can't make my pick-up time?

If you can't make the pick-up window, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We’ll try our best to accommodate a pick-up outside the designated window with advanced notice. If you don’t pickup at the scheduled time, and we don’t hear from you after our best efforts, we must assume you’ve forfeited your order and unfortunately can’t refund uncollected items.

Sourdough Tips

How Should I store my sourdough bread?

We like to cut our loaf in half and keep it on the cutting board face down. This way the bread should stay fresh for 1-2 days. If you want to keep it longer, consider slicing and freezing the bread in an air tight plastic bag. If you’re worried about bugs you can also keep the bread in the paper bag it comes in, but refrain from putting it in a plastic bag which will make the crust soft.
