Our sourdough bread is a testament to time-honored tradition, crafted with care in our small bakery and made with only the finest flour, water, salt and our own nurtured sourdough starter. Each loaf undergoes a slow fermentation process of 24-48 hours resulting in a crisp crust with a beautiful golden blister which gives way to a cloud-like crumb with a hint of a delightful tang.
