Our sourdough bread is made the old-fashioned way, with simple ingredients: quality flour, water, salt, and our own sourdough starter. Each loaf gets plenty of time to develop flavor (24-48 hours) before baking. The result? A crispy, golden crust that breaks open to reveal a soft, airy inside with just the right amount of tang. Baked fresh in our small local bakery!
